These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the phgl platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using phgl, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

By accessing the phgl Platform, completing the account registration process, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the phgl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Your continued use of the phgl Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. phgl will notify registered Account holders of material changes via the contact information associated with their Account.
Access to and use of the phgl Platform is strictly restricted to persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
To access real-money gaming services on phgl, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and such other information as phgl may require.
One Person, One Account: Each individual natural person may hold only one registered phgl Account. Attempting to register multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. phgl will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify phgl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal from your phgl Account, you are required to complete phgl's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS/GSIS card, and PRC identification cards. phgl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
phgl accepts deposits through the following authorized payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph bank transfers, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and USDT via the TRC20 network. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at phgl's discretion, subject to PAGCOR requirements.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for fiat currency transactions. Minimum USDT deposit thresholds are published on the phgl Payment page and are subject to change.
Currency: All PHP deposits are credited to your Account in Philippine Peso. USDT deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of crediting. phgl does not charge a currency conversion fee, but the applicable rate is determined at the time of transaction processing.
Deposit Restrictions: You may only deposit funds from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts, wallets, or cards belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. phgl reserves the right to return funds deposited from third-party sources and to suspend the Account pending investigation.
Withdrawals from your phgl Account are subject to the following conditions:
phgl may offer Bonus Funds, free bets, and promotional incentives to registered Account holders from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Finality of Bets: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the phgl system, it is final and binding. phgl does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers, except where a clear technical error on the part of phgl is identified and documented.
Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a verified technical malfunction that materially affects the outcome of a game round or wager, phgl reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard rule applied across all phgl game categories. phgl will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a technical malfunction.
Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits: All games on the phgl Platform have published minimum and maximum wager limits. These limits are displayed in the game lobby and within the game interface before any wager is placed. phgl may adjust bet limits at any time, including reducing limits for specific Accounts where irregular betting patterns are identified.
Disputed Outcomes: If a Player disputes the outcome of a game round, the dispute must be submitted to phgl support within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant game round. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. phgl's investigation of disputed outcomes will rely on certified server-side game logs, which are the authoritative record of all game activity.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phgl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where criminal conduct is involved:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phgl Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phgl content without prior written consent from phgl.
Game titles, graphics, and software available through the phgl Platform are owned by their respective game providers (including but not limited to JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and other certified providers) and are licensed to phgl for distribution. All third-party intellectual property rights are reserved by their respective owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phgl Platform shall be limited to the actual amount deposited by you into your phgl Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phgl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if phgl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination by You: You may close your phgl Account at any time by contacting phgl support. Upon requesting Account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance prior to closure. phgl will process withdrawal requests from Accounts pending closure in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to KYC requirements.
Termination or Suspension by phgl: phgl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where phgl reasonably believes that:
Upon termination for cause, phgl reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where prohibited conduct is confirmed, to forfeit such balances in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
phgl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, changes to the phgl Platform's features or services, changes in accepted payment methods, or any other legitimate business reason.
Material amendments to these Terms will be communicated to registered Account holders via SMS or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, updated contact information, or clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision) may be made without advance notice.
The most current version of these Terms is always available on the phgl Terms and Conditions page at phgl.one/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent amendment.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Regulatory Oversight: phgl operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute relating to the regulatory aspects of phgl's operations may be referred to PAGCOR. PAGCOR's contact details and complaint procedures are available at the PAGCOR official website.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through phgl's internal complaints process by contacting phgl support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through phgl's internal process within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Venue: For all purposes in connection with these Terms, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, without prejudice to any right of phgl to seek relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
